I just wanted to say a big THANK YOU to the Boba team. Last week my husband was hastily packing up the car and shut the top buckle of our Boba in the door. It shattered, and I was worried we’d have to buy a whole new carrier. After contacting customer service, I was sent a replacement buckle that showed up 3 days later. After a 10-minute switcharoo, our Boba is back on track! We’re using it tonight when we take our 10-month old to our city’s annual winter parade! Thank you for a fabulous carrier and an even more fabulous customer relations team!
